The best thing about the unexpected is it shows you what you can be, what you can achieve and how far you can go; and I want you to experience this first hand.
But, (why is there always a but?) Goodlife wasn’t born from an epiphany, running naked through the woods. It was born one hard night when my 30-year-old wife was admitted to hospital with a suspected stroke. It felt like our life was crashing down around us.
Our lifestyle was unsustainable and we needed to change.
The change had to enable us to enjoy life, each other and our family. We needed to get the right balance, so we can have “our cake and eat it” but, be free from health worries, discomfort and frustration.
Goodlife for me is us. Created from love, out of love.
