  • *Packages are designed for individuals. But if you want to share you can do, with some compromise - both follow the same programme in and out of sessions and weigh in and measurements are accommodated in session time.

    With 1-1 sessions not only do you get the privacy of training in our very own Personal Training Shack, but we will give you the tools, motivation and confidence so that you can make the most out of your weekly gym sessions and achieve your goals.

    Our 30-day online programme will provide you with knowledge around nutrition to help you make good choices and give you a simple functional fitness plan to help improve your daily life.

    You will receive our full recipe book, a bespoke nutrition plan, and a home training programme that will only take you 20 min per day to complete.
